In 2007 we introduced the Guru leagues being the first fantasy football expert to put his leagues out there for the fantasy managers to see. The True Guru hides nothing and makes no false claims of victory. Not only does he deliver top notch fantasy analysis and advice, but you also get to see how he runs his teams and well he does using his own strategies. Last season Todd "The True Guru" Farino played in 3 leagues and won the championships in all three leagues as you followed him through the season. This season he will participate in 6 leagues covering 3 fantasy league systems. Two of the leagues are expert leagues, and the others are veteran-laced power leagues. (Click on league names for more details on the league) Vegas Vs Texas League - This will be the 10th year of the VVTL , which started in 2000. This is a league of hardcore veterans and there is money on the line and its a keeper league to boot. In the 9 seasons with the league I've been to 4 Superbowls and I won my 2nd championship in 2008 going back-to-back. It is a 10-team league and I'm going for the 3-peat in 2009.. J.A.I.L - This is my second season playing in the Johnny Archive Invitational League. Its a league filled with experts both with web sites and without. Its a big league with 14 teams and is a money league. In my first season I missed the championship game by one game, getting eliminated by my good friend RC Rizza. Coast 2 Coast - This will be my 4th year playing in the highly competitive C2C league. After winning the championship in 2007, I had the best record and most points in 2008, but my luck ran out in the 2nd round of the playoffs. All the teams in this 10-team league have pop and experience. Drunken Pirate Slapfight Expert League - This is my first year in this expert league hosted by RC Rizza of Junkyardjake.com. It has 12 teams and some of the top experts in the industry. Blog Talk Radio League - This is our first annual Blog Talk Radio league. It is made of up 10 BTR podcast listeners and 4 expert hosts who will battle all year in the league and on the podcast.
